Four Mesothelioma Cases Settled During February Asbestos Trial Group

AMLG attorneys and our co-counsel have successfully resolved 4 mesothelioma cases and an asbestos lung cancer case as part of the February 2016 West Virginia asbestos trial group in Charleston, West Virginia. Our clients’ exposures to asbestos in this trial group included asbestos dust exposures from steel mills, aluminum foundries, power plants, chemical plants, and automotive friction plants, in addition to the construction and automotive industries.
